Someone for the love of God help me find the part for the saggy diaper. Every time I find it, it says doesn’t fit Powerboost.

I do not have the part number, but if your truck is still under warranty, it is a warranty item. I had it replaced under the power train warranty on my 2021.

I'd try going to a different dealer if you're really intent of replacing it. But really that fiber shield is worthless. Mostly there for road noise reduction and a slight mpg increase as an afterthought. When I removed mine after i think I might have lost 0.1 - 0.2 mpg highway but that's within margin for error so...

Somehow the one on my old 2011 survived 13 years. My 2024 PB didn't come with one and I don't miss it. I'm definitely considering adding the metal raptor plates people have been linking above in the future though.

And this fits the Powerboost? I have heard there are issues with some of the hoses that aren’t present in eco boosts
wow, yes, it fits power boost.
So yes, there is an amount for two of the hoses that go to the HVB. Some people have simply put a stack of washer or nut. That is almost 3So yes, there is an amount for two of the hoses that go to the HVB. Some people have simply put a stack of washer or the nut that is about 3/8” thick to space the bracket.

The deal is the right front mount isn’t close proximity to these houses. If just installed without a spacer, one of these coolant lines will change on the nut for the splash pan.

I ran a splash pan for about two months without that bolt in place at all. No issues but I didn’t like the idea of it. Rubbing on the frame creating a bar metal spot. I cut off that front right mount that was about four months ago, no issues whatsoever.

I have had 2 of them under warranty. The 2018 - 2021 models just had plastic twist tabs, once wither came along, a hunk of ice or rock would bust the tabs off I guess. Both times I had no idea they had fallen down, they just fixed it under warranty at oil change time.
Other trucks in the fleet have fallen off from mud and employees driving them, once off warranty if the break I don't even bother replacing them.

PBS have some hoses and lines there that may need protecting? No?

The work trucks are Ecoboosts and 5.0 Litres, I don't replace them, I have an old 2021 XLT PB with about 175,000 on it, this is the second winter without the plastic cover on it, so far no problems. Like Porpoise Hork had mentioned, i think they are for sound deadening, I also didnt know that I can get metal covers in place of the plastic ones, maybe I should get a few, I have around 40 trucks in the fleet all together, they do a lot of gravel and 4X4 driving as I own a Regulatory and Inspections company, the trucks are not babied
