Your truck is on Sync 22082 which is from early 2022 and very outdated at this point. I do not have a good reason as to why this truck has fallen so far behind, but it is very behind. There is nothing you can do to force OTA updates to be sent to your truck. Looks like you just bought it and activated Fordpass, because I see no connected data reported to the cloud prior to today.

I would recommend you look into the FDRS and update it yourself.

Your truck is on the latest Sync version, shows a recent HVAC update came in via OTA, and has very few pending updates. All you need really is the OTA for BC 1.4 and some minor updates to the door modules and little things like that. Nothing to be worried about here. This truck is almost fully up to date.

Only showing door modules and trailer module. Good news, you now show a GWM update pending that once it applied, should release an APIM update finally get out past the old version you're on.

BCM still requires a password and you will not be able to do it.

Hi rugedraw, You ran my truck almost 2 years ago (April 17, 2023 - post #2379). Can you please re-run my vin ( 1FTFW1ED4MFB65725 ) to see if Ford actually made any improvements/fixes/updates to any of the systems over the years? I have taken it in a few times for various things, asking them to make sure to update modules, but I don't think they fixed anything. They did replace the APIM, but I don't see that it resolved anything. I think I have received one OTA update since, but I'm not certain, and it seems to be stuck in limbo again. So, I think I am going to finally cave and purchase the Mongoose cable, however, I was hoping to get a report from you first to make sure that a manual FDRS update is my best solution at this point. Thank you for all of your help on here. I don't know why you do this, but I truly appreciate it. It baffles me that Ford has let this be the status quo.

You can view OTA history in your online profile on ford's site. You need a full set of updates run. You have the ACJ on the IPMA which was BC 1.4 via FDRS

Looks like your last run of updates was 14mo ago that started with some APIM/TCU PMI? A bit odd, but everything appears to have been updated then.

Jan 23 it looks like they successfully PMI'd the APIM but the IPMA and SCCM gave failure to communicate w/ APIM codes even after clearing the codes.

Brought my F150 into the dealership for a recall and had them take a look at this issue. The tech said that he updated the software but I'm dubious because I'm still not seeing a revision number on the system info screen and the software update option is still grayed out.

Can you take a look at my VIN to see if was updated? 1FTEW1EP6MFA31742

Battery SoC was last reported at 54% last night and battery capacity is at 51 of 80 (assuming you still have the OEM H7 battery in your truck). Both of these stats are low. Battery needs to be charged up more.

I've left the charger on it for almost 72 hours and the update still says:
"The update was postponed because it was interrupted by another process"

Is my VIN: 1FTFW1ED2PFB75724 still showing the battery is not high enough? It's not the original battery, but it is an OEM battery that the dealership replaced under warranty.

They ran the update process, but it seems they just clicked through everything because the process was done over the course of a few minutes. Only reason to do this is if they want the laptop for something else.

They tried to update the APIM several times and it failed, so they gave up.

SoC is being reported at 100%, but the capacity is low at 49 of 80. I would try a BMS reset.

Edit: There is another OTA for the HVAC in queue waiting for this one to install before it will try to install.
