What have you tried? I didn’t think there was anything we could do but hope the OTA rained down upon us?

Drove around to make sure the battery was charged. Got it a really strong wifi signal. Drove it around to make sure the battery was charged, put the parking break on and turned the headlights off before getting out. I'm not sure if there was anything else.

edit: I ran forscan to check for any error codes and there's nothing.

You need to be in a strong cellular area covered by AT&T I believe. Nothing ever appears to be downloaded to the trucks using the built in wifi connection. My home location has pretty much zero coverage from AT&T so I seldom got updates.

Battery SoC was last reported at 54% last night and battery capacity is at 51 of 80 (assuming you still have the OEM H7 battery in your truck). Both of these stats are low. Battery needs to be charged up more.

If you have a charger, leave it on the charger overnight if it's possible. See if that helps.

Thanks everyone! I've got a charger on the way. Hopefully charging it up will help. I've already had one battery replaced, but it was throwing a low voltage code.

Ford dealer supposedly updated wife's Nautilus APIM. I am skeptical. I know they did a reset and we lost connectivity.

Surprised they really did the update. Also surprised they replaced the battery. I did complain about a few electronic glitches.... hoping for the APIM update. They blamed the glitches on low battery and said it failed testing.

Lincoln Way (Fordpass) also shows an OTA of 6.4.0 the day before 2/24. First OTA ever. Then they updated APIM 2/25. That's a win-win-win!

I just got my 2021 F-150 Powerboost two days ago and already had a Mongoose cable in anticipation of getting my truck updated for Bluecruise. Spent all day yesterday and some of this morning getting everything updated. Can't update the BCM due to security clearance and there is an audio update that keeps coming back even though it is installed correctly. Not worried about that as I read that it is common. I did try the power steering module update multiple times before realizing that it will just keep showing up in updates as well. No DTC's for that module so hopefully everything is good. This is where I am stuck. No more updates showing. What do I need to do to trigger the other updates to get Bluecruise? I just joined this forum to get some answers but will be here to stay. Hoping to keep this truck for 8-10 years. I have been a Ford fan forever and have had more Mustang and F-150's than I can count. Nothing this new however.

Message me the VIN. It may just be the config needs to be adjusted. It could also mean BC is missing the activation. If your FDRS license is still active, then you can try running the "Enable BC Prep Kit" to see if that kicks it off.

Truck is on Sync 23291 which is just one version behind the latest and modules with pending updates are below and not many.

Your truck is on Sync 22082 which is from early 2022 and very outdated at this point. I do not have a good reason as to why this truck has fallen so far behind, but it is very behind. There is nothing you can do to force OTA updates to be sent to your truck. Looks like you just bought it and activated Fordpass, because I see no connected data reported to the cloud prior to today.

I would recommend you look into the FDRS and update it yourself.
