I bought this truck used gold certified and always wondered if the original owner had an issue they couldn't resolve. It was during the time nothing was available. If they did I haven't noticed it.

I would love to know the full service history.

Yours being a 2024 was built with most of the latest software already. Not much pending:

Aside from the IPMA/PSCM combo that will give you improved lane centering and driver assist features, there is nothing there that will blow you away.

the last update on lane centering and acc sucks. when i press the Cruise control the lane centering also comes on than i have to press the lane centering to cancel it. in some situations I just want the CC and not so much the Lane centering

Your truck is on Sync 23291 which was the latest version until about 2 weeks ago that a new APIM update dropped. Truck is talking to the cloud just fine. Pending updates are below:

Quick question- since my truck seems to be communicating with the cloud fine. Does that mean I’m not in OTA limbo with a bad APIM? Is there anything I can do to trigger them to start back up? Last update I rec’d was 22-PU1009-TLC-CSM2.

For sure your APIM is fine. You're only one sync version behind the latest one because a new one dropped a few weeks ago. No, there is nothing you can do to speed up the OTA process.
