Thank you! I assume the green dots are the updates that are still to come?

Also, is the update that improves the sound system already done? On a facebook group they were saying the latest update that addressed window bounceback was the audio improvement. I didn't notice a difference in the audio quality, but this sound system is amazing compared to my 18 XLT anyway.

Yes, green dots mean that module has an update pending.

No DSP update pending, so looks like that one was done.

That is an old Sync version, but you are showing updates pending:

You've had OTA 3.5.3 sent to you 5 times and it failed all 5 times. Error code reads:
"errorCode":"MINIMUM_FREE_SPACE_REACHED(100040)""errorCategory":"CPM(5066819)""binaryUrl":""ecuId":"2000"

I've seen that before, but not sure what causes it.

Isn't that the thing in FDRS where you have to delete voices or something to install update?
I remember you run the delete then update then reinstall whatever was deleted.
I think there is a TSB for it but dealers just laugh if we bring those up...

You have a 2023.
You are feature complete off the assembly line.
FDRS is useful if you use Bluecruise due to the updates not sent OTA yet that improve lane centering and such.
You probably do have some updates pending, but nothing important if your truck is running fine.

I thought about that, but this is the update for full screen phone capability. The APIM update for voice feedback to Ford comes much later. No worries, though......we're on it.

Your truck is on Sync 22147 which is 1.5 years old at this point. Modem seems to be working fine; seems like some crappy luck with the OTA process as I don't see anything wrong. Modules pending updates are below:

Can someone run mine before I pay for another FDRS license? I would to see if I can turn on the side mirror cams with blinkers while towing, I know the APIM needs to be somewhat up to date to do this.
