Confirmed that they updates the GWM a few times and the IPC. The IPC gave them problems and they had to CAN it in which took 5.5 hours, but it appears to have gone through successfully. Stand by.

The SCCM and CMR are part of the 6.x.x series of updates. If you have and use bluecruise a lot, the IPMA and PSCM updates there will improve the performance of BC significantly. Other than that? Meh.

Can I please have my vin checked. 21 just purchased at a dealer. And when setting everything up I found this. CarPlay is connected WiFi is connected. I’ve put about 1k miles since I ve owned it in the last month. Have added attachment seems like it never downloaded completely.

Looks like finally the OTA update downloaded. But now it won’t install. I keep getting this error. See attachment. I’m leaning towards battery do to the truck has been sitting. Any thoughts?

Yup capacity is low at 43 and SoC is low at 46%. Charge the battery up or take it for a 20-30 minute drive and try installing the updated manually as soon as you park it.

Rugedraw I see a lot of 23's popping up with an update for the OCSM lately. Do you know anything about what's behind that update? That's not something Ford should have gotten wrong, it's very rare that that would ever need to be updated. Did you see any TSB's about it?

Vin (1FTFW1E81MKD86399) have been told by ford all the modules are up to date except apim which they said they can't comunicate with version 20312

Just bought a used 21 last month, noticed there was no Sync software version showing and auto updates were grayed out. I had to bring it to the dealer for some other work and had them look into the blank software version. Haven't got the truck back but was told that "it's now as updated as it can be, Ford has all updates on hold currently" after they worked on it. So I'm wondering if I'm getting jerked around. Would appreciate someone checking the VIN so maybe I can tell what they actually did to update it. Thanks in advance!

Incorrect. Your truck is on Sync 20301 which is bad software from 2020 known to break the OTA process. On top of that, the modem in your truck appears as "not authorized" no none of the connected features in the truck work including Fordpass; the modem needs to be activated. They know damn well the updates are "not on hold" because they tried updating the APIM 3 times between 4/17 and 4/18 and it failed. They need to reference TSB 22-2404 for APIMs that do not program or diagnose it as faulty and replace it with a new one. If these issues are not addressed, your truck will never get any updates.

It failed due to a corrupted manifest. There was something wrong with the files that the server wanted to send your truck and the update was rejected. Nothing you did wrong or could have done differently. You just gotta wait for it to be resent.
