It does not seem like you've ever gotten an update and I have no good explanation as to why. Sync 21136 is past the broken Sync version and you are showing the right updates pending for your truck to be able to progress through the process, but you aren't getting sent any.

I recommend you explore the FDRS/Mongoose route and do it yourself.
Yea, they are struggling. The programming keeps failing due to a code that won't clear. They do not have seem to have worked on the truck in a week or so, which is indicative that they are waiting on engineers to tell them what to do next, but they have tried very hard to het it to program. Idk what the problem is.

It's too much to include in one screenshot. It just shows them trying to PMI the module over and over again as well as some other alignment procedures in an effort to clear the codes, I'm guessing.
Like many others, your truck stopped getting updates after the 4.x.x updates. You just need to wait for Ford to add your VIN the many others to the current OTA roll-out plan. Your truck is talking to the cloud just fine and I see nothing wrong that would prevent updates from coming in. You MAY be affected by a possible issue where the next GWM update needed is not showing for you on the server, but if you, there is nothing you can do about it unless you have FDRS other than wait for Ford to fix the issue.
