Hey Javier !!! Could you take a look at my vin for any OTA activity please. Going by the Ford Pass App I received 4.2.1.2 in June and nothing since. Also was getting a bunch of Low power going into deep sleep mode notifications shortly after.

I've been getting some errors as well:
12v battery low
trailer electrical errors
Sometimes when I touch the gas pedal an error will sound but it's too quick to see on the dash.

Build date of 11/6/22. Last OTA was 4.2.1.1 on 10/25/23. You are fully up to date, but not terribly behind, either.

Thanks! I’ve heard there is a DSP update that drastically improves the B&O unleashed sound system, but I don’t believe it’s gone into an OTA update package yet

The DSP update was released via OTA, but the roll out of it is not aggressive. OTA history is monitored here:

I have heard people say the update improves the sound, but I think that is a placebo effect. I noticed no improvement in the sound when I did it to mine. Also, the update was not released to improve the sound; it was released to prevent an event from happening where a loud popping sound came out of the speakers followed by static that would not go away for a while even if you turned the truck off.

Makes sense. I think the system sounds great as it is now.

Actually, I completely missed you initial request. Otherwise, I would have responded already.

Anywho, last OTA you got was 4.2.2.1 back on 8/21. Nothing else has been sent to your truck since. Yours being a 2023, you're only missing 4.2.2.2 (and maybe 4.3.5) before you start getting the 6.x.x updates. You aren't fully up to date, but not terrible behind either.

Please check why my truck just shows not installed on the last update it was sent. It had a low battery warning while sitting at the dealership for a month which I assume is part of the problem and keeps going into battery saver mode since I got it back. VIN: 1FTFW1E13MFB77676

Your truck is reporting a DTC for low battery voltage. The OTA that failed was 4.3.6, but that was on 10/21 and it did not fail due to low SoC. The error code is:

"errorCode":"GeneralError(53)""errorCategory":"VICM_API_ERROR_CATEGORY(11)"

I don't know what that means. What I am really confused about is why did they send you old OTA 2.6.0 on 10/18? That;s hella strange.
