They are no longer sending 4.2.1 to you....they are now sending the newer APIM update which is 23-PU0724-DOM-RS. However, it has failed several times due to file mismatches between what is being sent to your truck and what it needs. The last error code reads:I was getting a shutdown message on screen when I turned off the engine and as I suspected the battery was bad and replaced under warranty last week. I suspect it has been going bad for a while which has likely resulted in OTA’s failing. I am showing I am on 4.2.1 power up and sync 22293 rev 610 with last update June 1. Can something check my VIN to see if anything has been sent my way lately and failed. 1FTFW1E83MFC05246. Thanks in advance!
Thanks rugedraw. I have 4.2.1. Not sure if there is anything I can do to get things going again. They are no longer sending 4.2.1 to you....they are now sending the newer APIM update which is 23-PU0724-DOM-RS. Not sure what is causing the issue. That goes beyond my scope of knowlede.

Nothing we can do to force Ford OTA random lottery. You'll probably get the update pushed to your truck again eventually but it could take months. Thanks rugedraw. I have 4.2.1. Not sure if there is anything I can do to get things going again.
Last OTA you got was 4.2.4 about 3 weeks ago. You are not completely up to date, but not in a bad spot, either. The updates you are missing are mostly to prep the truck for future updates or fix bugs you may not even have. I am sure you'll get more updates sooner or later. Nothing to be concerned about in your case.Just got a used 2021 KR Hybrid. Can you tell me anything about my VIN? 1FTFW1ED7MFA82256
Great forum, so informative. Thanks in advance!

OTA's 4.3.4 and 4.3.6 have to do with the cameras. I am sure one of those is what you're looking for. Those are are due to come next for you. when Ford decides to send them to you.Great! Thanks Javier. By chance do any of those updates have anything to do with the 360 cameras? I've done the Forscan Camera in motion changes, but for some reason I can only get the hitch view on the tailgate camera, not regular back-up view... All other camera angles seem to be there.
Your recent OTA history is clean and extensive. You have 4.3.5 sitting in your queue for three days now. Go start your truck so it installs.@rugedraw - Heading to the dealership tomorrow for a new battery and wire harness recall, could you please let me know of any overdue module/feature updates pending for VIN: 1FTFX1E8XMFC57924 - Appreciate you!
Your hunch is correct. Your truck is on Sync 20262 which is old software known to break the update process. It seems a dealer recently had your truck and tried to update the APIM. I see some technician notes saying the APIM needs to be replaced. They tried to get it to update to no avail. I do not see they even pulled up the TSB associated with this issue, but if they did order you a new APIM, that will get you out of OTA purgatory so you can start getting updates.Could I get a lookup on a new to me 2021 please? After lurking for a while, I have a not so good feeling about my updates. Thank you in advance. 1FTEW1EP3MKD14302
