Your truck is on Sync 20301 which is bad software known to break the OTA process. Your truck has not recorded a successful OTA in 2.5 years. You need to schedule an appt with your dealer and tell them your truck has not gotten an update at that time and your APIM needs to be checked out and manually updated. Refer to Ford TSB 22-2404 for APIMs that do not update. Without dealer intervention, your truck will never get an update.
Your OTA history is extensive and you seem to be almost fully up to date. Vehicle history shows an proper APIM replacement a few months ago and a lot of modules updated by a dealer, and many updates OTA as well.

Software. If your button to toggle auto-updates on and off is grayed out, they will not be able to update the APIM the easy way and will have to use the method in TSB 22-2404 to get it to update. Most dealers will just the APIM won't update and replace it with a new one. They are on back-order, so if that is the case, you can expect to go pick up your truck in a few days and take it back when they're done.
I had to watch that 3x to see it. I can only speak to my personal experience but my headlights do the dance when I get in truck after remote start. I'm not aware of alignment issues but I'm parked facing road so it would be hard to tell.
Mine are on without the dance when I get in the truck after remote starting and one or sometimes both are pointed at the dirt. I have to shut down the truck and restart it to activate the dance again to fix the alignment.
It does not look like your truck has ever recorded a successful OTA. It is still on the same Sync software it left the factory with. I am not familiar with the F250 update schedules, but that does not seem normal to me.
Yep that's what I thought. I've been pushing hard to get Ford and my local dealer to address. They installed a new Telecom module and claim they checked to see if all my software was updated and if it was connecting to Ford and it is. But they won't listen when I tell them it's in purgatory.
I can check FDRS for pending module updates later. Dealers don't get paid to update modules, so they will always give you the run-around.
When I picked it up last Friday they said there are no pending updates listed for it.
