No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue at this time. There is nothing you can do to force an OTA. There are no tricks, loopholes or youtube videos out there that work.



I don't have FDRS to check if you have modules pending updates, but I can see they did do a network scan to check and see. However, if you don't have full screen capability, there has to be pending updates. There is no way around it.

I even took the truck into the dealer service dep.t to get on the latest updates - they said they updated it and that I’m on the latest. But I don’t have the full screen CarPlay option still. ?‍

Same, but Jan 24 date - the day 3.5.3 was sent to me. I just put "12345678" as ESN and it seemed to work. I don't know what this website does.

I believe this website is to register commercial vehicles with Ford's telematics system so companies can monitor their fleet vehicles.

Does anyone know when ford's supposed to be releasing the new version of the update for those of us whose trucks couldn't push it through? I feel like ford just doesn't care that it's not working for everyone. Thanks.

Nobody knows as they are all random. From what I have noticed looking at people's trucks, they push out once every two months, but that is not set in stone by any means.

FYI - 3.5.3.2 failed on my truck on 2/1 and then downloaded/installed properly on 2/14.

I think the original "campaign" started on 2/1 and expired on 2/7 (based on the website trick). It tried and failed on 2/1. Almost like it waited exactly one week after expiration then tried again on 2/14 and worked. This is obviously just one sample, but maybe some kind of pattern???

Thank you.... I just got the 22-PU1009-TLC-CSM update on the 10th of Feb, which is a BCM update. Wonder what this one is and if I need to do it. Anyone have any information?

Glad to hear! I see the DTC for the collision system. I've had my truck throw that code out randomly and then it goes away the next time I drive it. I would not be concerned about that yet.

Unfortunately, these is no systematic way in which these updates get sent out. It could be a week, it could be weeks, it could be months. No one knows.

Thanks for your help! The DTC has not gone away but its going in for some other updates and fixes next week so I will get them to fix that too. My system needs to be recalibrated after the windsheild replacement anyway. Safelite wouldnt do it since my truck is leveled.

Yeah. It’s a BCM ”update” that will reverse the update you just got. Don’t do it.
