I‘ve been trying to force a software update to get the latest features and nothing is working.

Took my 2021 Raptor into the dealer last week for another issue and asked them to update the APIM for the CarPlay update. They were happy to try, but said there were no updates available for my truck.

Could someone check my VIN and see what my status is for the updates?

No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue at this time. There is nothing you can do to force an OTA. There are no tricks, loopholes or youtube videos out there that work.

I don't have FDRS to check if you have modules pending updates, but I can see they did do a network scan to check and see. However, if you don't have full screen capability, there has to be pending updates. There is no way around it.

Hopefully someone with FDRS chimes in and checks your VIN. If you don't have full screen, it is impossible for there not to be any pending updates.

So, Ford did send me some love for Valentine’s Day. 3.5.3.2 finally updated today!

The last OTA sent to your truck was back in April of last year, but it did not seem to install because your sync version is blank in PTS. In the past 60 days, the only thing you have been sent were a few bluecruise map updates which failed to install due to master resets being performed while the OTA's were in your queue.

What does your touchscreen say your current Sync version is?

And what do you think would be the option for me?

If that is your sync version, then you are behind on updates, but you aren't stuck not getting them. You have to be patient and wait, try to convince your dealer to do it, or invest in the tools to do it yourself.
