OTA updates were working well for a while, then in Sept everything stopped. Still have not BlueCruise either.

No OTA history in the past 60 days, but whatever OTA you got in September got you to a relatively high Sync version, so I see no indication your truck is stuck. You just aren't getting any love from the OTA mothership.

No OTA's in the past 60 days, but you have a 2022 that was built with most updates on it already. No need for concern on your end.

I am having a problem with the TCU not connecting to the network. I have unplugged it over night and still no luck. This weekend I will try to reset it with Forscan.

I received my truck on Dec 10th and assume it does not need any updates but you never know.

I don't have FDRS to check for modules with pending updates, but I can tell you nothing OTA in the past 60 days. You have a recent Sync version, so I don't think your truck is stuck. I can also see in your history that they updated a bunch of modules late December.

Your truck failed 2.8.2 six times in six weeks. That OTA is a GWM update. They updated your PCM, the SOBDMC and ABS modules. From what I can see, nobody pulled up the OTA dashboard and saw that the GWM module update failed several times. Did they do some updates? Yes. Did they do the update they needed to do based on your truck's situation? No.

The last person to check your OTA dashboard was me on 1/3 until I did it again just now.

That's what I figured. Thanks for checking again. Looks like I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and get the mongoose. Unapplied updates are like splinters under my fingernails!

Oof. No OTA history and your truck is stuck on the dreaded Sync version 20301. Your truck is possibly stuck in OTA limbo. You will need dealer intervention. They need to diagnose your APIM as faulty and get it replaced for you. Good luck.
