Now that my truck woes have been fixed for a while (grounding/harness pins related), can someone check my VIN? I can't enable automatic updates, so I think my OTAs are stuck. I recall getting an update notice in December 2021 that enabled security alerts via fordpass, but that's the only one. Job 1...

Ok. I’ll ask. I have 3.5.2 and have had it for a few months now. I see 3.5.4 is out, but I haven’t received anything lately.

Ford stopped pushing out 3.5.3 and 3.5.4 months ago. No one is getting it.

No OTA history in 60 days and Sync version 20301. You are most likely stuck in OTA limbo. You need a trip to the dealership unless your case is one that @Jesse-Infotainment can send you files for a USB drive to try to get you unstuck.

Thank you! Hopefully USB is an option; my dealer has attempted the software updates with no success a couple of times.

I can only see 60 days back, so I can't tell if you got the older updates or not. I see you've been sent updates several times recently and they failed to install. However, the two small patches you get before getting 3.5.2 did finally install, so you should be getting 3.5.2 soon. If you did get all the older updates, then 3.5.2 is the latest update currently being pushed by Ford for our trucks.

So, got the dealer to load most of the updates. Appears they still had an issue with the BlueCruise. Supposedly loaded, but not really working. Also, was told there was a new update that just dropped yesterday. Can someone run my VIN and see what updates I may be missing? VIN #1FTFW1E82MFA37924

I see they went to town updating your truck, but they did have issues with updating your APIM to second or third time an update for it popped up. It is hard to tell from what I can see if they were finally able to update it or not. I do see they did a lot of updates that are conducive with enabling Bluecruise, but I can't tell if they were able to do all of them without FDRS. They did try and spent a lot of time trying to get your truck right.

It is not that simple. The list is very long and I have to access every day they worked on your truck. It would be easier for someone with FDRS to check your truck and see what updates you have left to do. The ones they did are not as important as the ones they didn't do.

Here's the list of available updates this morning:

None of these would keep BC from working. They are unrelated AFAIK.

Here's some clues from the 5th of Dec though....

It does appear that they did manage to successfully update the APIM on the 9th of Dec.

Was there a test drive that confirmed BC was working on a so-called Blue Mapped road (interstate)?
