Here's the list of available updates this morning:

None of these would keep BC from working. They are unrelated AFAIK.

Here's some clues from the 5th of Dec though....

It does appear that they did manage to successfully update the APIM on the 9th of Dec.

Was there a test drive that confirmed BC was working on a so-called Blue Mapped road (interstate)?

Unsure. When I drove it this weekend, it auto displayed that BlueCruise was not available. Per the map, it should have worked on the Freeway I was on.

Bought a used Job 1 PB Platinum about a month and a half ago. I don't have the Bluecruise update and feel like I'm far behind but dealer said everything available was done when I had it in for recalls. I did recently get 2.7.3 update on 12/2. Could someone check my VIN 1FTFW1ED3MFB06312

Nothing since you got 2.7.3, but the fact that you are getting updates with a job 1 truck is a good thing.

Looking to see what I’m missing for OTA updates. Seems to be stuck on power up 3.5.2. for a couple months now. vin # 1FTFW1E88MFA26605

Thank you! definitely happy that I got at least one but I know there's a lot I'm missing. I don't have securialert in my FordPass app, full screen CarPlay, cameras in motion, etc.

I’ve had no luck getting Ford to refund me for the Prep Package and, short of hiring a lawyer, I think I’m done pursuing that.
I got 2.7.4 back in June and I got the two small Popa updates in September. I wonder if you could check my vin number again. I think I may have gotten blacklisted and no more updates will be coming!

I see the two small patches you got which means you should be getting 3.5.2 soon. I can only see 60 days back, so I can't tell what updates missed you, but you are not an the old Sync version that indicates your truck is stuck.

P.S. A mongoose tool is a lot cheaper than a lawyer and you can actually get the things you paid for if you do it yourself. Does it suck that you, me and countless others are/were in that situation? Yes....yes, it does. However, updating the truck yourself will cost you less time and money than getting a lawyer will.

P.S. A mongoose tool is a lot cheaper than a lawyer and you can actually get the things you paid for if you do it yourself. Does it suck that you, me and countless others are/were in that situation? Yes....yes, it does. However, updating the truck yourself will cost you less time and money than getting a lawyer will.

I think @bigwyo wants resolution from Ford (either through compensation or making the tech work) moreso than he actually wants to have blue cruise, at least that's what I have gathered in very briefly speaking with him.

I was looking forward to Bluecruise last summer because we were making many trips to Salt Lake over I-80 for a drug trial my wife is in. The trial ends in January and hopefully we won’t have to make near as many trips.
I’ve always defended Ford since they didn’t take the bailout money, but they aren’t the same company anymore.

You are the overall hands down winner this week for the sheer number of updates available:

There has only ever been one programming event in your truck's history and that was on the 26th of July for a key fob.

The very early and likely original APIM revision you have means you are unlikely to get any OTAs until both that and your GWM (gateway) updates are done at a minimum (TCU updates will follow I'm sure). Given your trim level you were probably supposed to have BC as well. Look for a competent shop that can follow instructions, has decently fast internet, has and will actually use the recommended powersupply, is up-to-date on FDRS (currently 34.5.2) and have them reference the attached.

Thanks Mike! Dropped it off at the dealership today so hopefully they'll get me caught up. They saw the same list of updates + the bulletin that you provided, so at least they're starting from the right place. Based on this thread, looks like this round of updates will take all day? I ask because I dropped the car off at 9am and need to make a 2 hour drive this evening. Trying to decide if it makes sense to drive the rental or wait to pick up my truck.

Thanks for checking! I’m not going to hire a lawyer. I haven’t looked into small claims court but I don’t know that I want to spend anymore time on this.

I don't have FDRS to check what updates you are missing, but I can see that your truck is reporting DTC's that have to do with the audio system. It has been throwing out the same codes consistently for 60 days which is as far back as the history is recorded. See screenshot below. I think you need a trip to the dealership to get it looked at.
