I don't have FDRS to check what updates you are missing, but I can see that your truck is reporting DTC's that have to do with the audio system. It has been throwing out the same codes consistently for 60 days which is as far back as the history is recorded. See screenshot below. I think you need a trip to the dealership to get it looked at.

I see no indication that your truck is stuck. Ford is just slow to roll out updates. Make sure you have a 10 amp battery charger handy. You will need it whenever they send you 2.8.1.

No OTA history in the past 60 days, and your Sync version appears blank. Hard to tell what is going on with your truck, but a blank sync version in PTS usually means that the last update that was sent to you failed. A trip to the dealer is a good idea.

Thanks! I just got back from the dealership where they are holding the truck overnight. I checked the updates and the screen still says the same old "Your vehicle is up to date". The service advisor said they did all of the updates. So frustrated. Can you run the vin again and see if anything was done?

They did absolutely nothing other than blatantly lie to your face about doing something.

I see you got 3.5.2 on 9/26, so as far as OTA goes, you are as up to date as you can be based on what Ford is pushing out. I am sure you have a few updates pending. You can ask your service advisor to ask the tech to check and do them, but as you can see from my response above, that doesn't mean they will. They don't get paid to do updates in most cases.

I cannot. Like I said before, your Sync version appears blank in PTS. Yes, I would be able to see anything they did or try to do to your truck. All I see is that I network scar was done on 12/13 at 11:30am which means they connected your truck to FDRS. However, that is all they did. There was no attempt to do any updates. Below is what your trip to the dealer looks like in PTA and the other picture is from my truck when I did updates. They did absolutely nothing, but again, the updates you have pending are not even being pushed out by Ford at the moment, so they have no obligation to do them.

I see you got 3.5.2 recently, and you are not on the dreaded sync 20301 that is a red flag for a truck being stuck not getting updates. I cannot see past 60 days, so I don't know if you have all the previous updates, but you are getting updates which is a good thing.

No OTA history on your truck in the past 60 days. I cannot access the menu that tells me what sync you're on to see if you're stuck or not. There seems to be an issue with PTS where I can't go into the menu that tells me what Sync version a vehicle has which is the easiest way to tell if a truck is stuck in OTA limbo or not. I would have to check again later.

Would somebody mind checking my OTA history, 1FTFW1E81MKE11947 ? I fully updated the truck about a month ago and didn't expect any updates. Then a couple days ago when I opened the driver's door with no key near by, I heard the parking brake set. That was strange. Then the IP gauges changed to default and My View was reset. That's when I saw the option to add Power Distribution and Off Road to My View. I don't remember Power Distribution being available in My View.
