I just had the service advisor tell me they are still working on my truck because there are over 100 modules that need to be updated and it's fixing a ton of problems. Could you look at what they have done again so we can get a good laugh at how bad they lie to the customers? I told him that I already activated BlueCruise over a year ago and most modules are at their current software release using FDRS and he was silent for a good 30 seconds before saying he would ask the technician was was done.Appreciate it! I know they had to replace a failed diesel particulate filter already at 35,000 miles but the other stuff is odd. It looks like they have not tried fixing the failed OTA update yet or verified that I already applied the trailer relay module update and already activated bluecruise on my dime.
