I looked at the vehicle history now to see what they did, and I see they did try to update the APIM and it failed several times. They did update your IPC.....that's good because that takes hours and the IPC updates OTA tend to fail a lot. APIMs I am sure are on back-order, so if they can get it to update, that would be the quickest solution to the problem.Left it in the air as the service manager (who I know personally) went on vacation he just got back today so I’m gonna give him a call tomorrow and see what movement I can get on the issue.
