OTA 4.3.2 failed 4 times to install between 6/20 and 7/11. Error code is "ecuId":"1824". I do not know what that means. My own truck failed this same OTA 5 times with the same error code. I actually just installed it myself last night. USB method failed and it took me 6 hours to CAN it in; same thing that happened to me the 2.7.x OTA's that were for the IPC like this one. It is possible that the only way you will get this update is if it is done manually. I cannot say for sure.

4.2.4 is the latest Power-Up OTA for 2022 trucks. Your truck is fine; nothing to worry about.

4.2.2 has been sent to your truck 5 times between 4/25 and 6/2 and it failed every time. It keeps recording error code "ecuId":"2000" after the OTA trigger is sent to your truck. I don't know what that means, but I am willing to be any kind of money the problem is on Ford's side and not your truck.

My truck shows I have 4.2.2. I have expanded CarPlay screen and full time rear camera. I took it in recently for headlight update so maybe they loaded it. Will this impact future OTA updates?

what is latest I should have? 2022 F150 Platinum build. Build in March 2022 before any eliminations started.

The only power-up updates you are missing are 4.2.3 and 4.2.4. These updates are just to prep your truck for future updates, so no need for FOMO. You will get them sooner or later. Nothing to be worried about in your case.

According to PTS, your truck received the OTA for full-screen capability on 5/23. Did you upgrade to the bigger screen yourself or did you do it with Infotainment's kit?

I did it myself, so now that you said that, I saw a post that say I can use the sync 4 8" apim instead of 12" and that way I may not have to deal with the fdrs apim update?

That, sir, goes well beyond my scope of knowledge. I am sure @Jesse-Infotainment can help you, but since you didn't buy the kit from them, he will be limited as to what he can do.

Hoping for some help. Picked up a used 2022 Lightning Lariat and it appears to be way behind on updates. Would anyone be able to run my vin and offer some guidance on what to do?

I am not familiar with the Lightning updates as I am with the ICE F150's. I am not sure what the latest Sync version is for your truck. Sync 22228 is about a year old software, but 4.2.1 is a relatively new OTA that was first pushed out to the ICE F150's six months ago. On the ICE trucks, 4.2.1 was followed by a few other OTA's that did give our trucks a newer version of Sync, so maybe the same is true for your truck.

I can tell you the following update has been sent to your truck 4 times between February and August. PTS says it failed due to low battery SOC:

Ford Power-Up We’ve been busy working to make your experience the best it can be. Distance-to-Empty Improvement We updated the software on your truck to improve the accuracy of distance-to-empty measurement. Ongoing updates like this help you enjoy the best possible version of your F-150® Lightning™ truck. Priority Update 22-PU1009-MIL-DTE

The OTA trigger is expired now, so you have to wait for it to be resent again. There is no way to trigger an OTA being sent to your truck from Ford.
