I had the same issue as OP and others. Electrician was determined and finally found it was a crossed wire inside my house. So, could be that it is a wiring issue inside your house Z well.

I had same symptoms. Dealer ordered GSM. Took about 2 weeks to get it. About 1// day to do the work. My dealer got four more trucks while I waited for my part.

I am waiting to have my GSM replaced. Put shifter down one day and would not come back up. Had to disconnect battery to reset. Then wrench started showing. There is a TSB for this. Since it happened to me, my dealer has had four others come in. But part is on back-order.

The 2024 Ecoboost still has a 12V on the dash but not the Powerboost.

I had a ‘22 PB. Upgraded to H8 with no modifications and used original sleeve.

If it is a PB then yes most likely battery. If charge gets low then it shuts down various functions to preserve battery. That is why it works after driving. That is why many upgrade from factory battery to an H8

I like the factory rear step. I simply open the PAT, get in, close tailgate door, then use fob to lower entire tailgate. That isn’t an issue for me.

So, I have a '24. I saved the HVAC 'as built' in FORSCAN. Installed a unit from a '22. Wrote the 'as built' back in. But did not get full functionality. Are there other modules that must be saved and written besides just the HVAC? Thanks

Sorry, don’t know my version but it is a ‘24 MY. No issues. It may not be Sync but your phone. The only issues I have had (3 Ford trucks with Sync) is when the phone gets too hot from charging while using multiple apps. Then it tends to ‘freeze’ up.

…and doors used to have two lights. There was a light bar in the lower door pocket. It is gone as well.

Agreed, notice I didn’t hate anyone else or the PB in general. I just lost confidence in that truck; so I cut my losses and moved on. I am thrilled for those with no issues.

Yeah, you think that….but it is only the battery and motor apparently. The rest are regular 3 year/36,000. They don’t consider the cables and converter part of drive train even though vehicle won’t move without them.
