Hey guys,
Removed the AGS. Why? Ill answer. I live in a hot state. For those who think 100* is hot. I ask, who is she? lol. Ya, I live in a hot state where in the summer we see 122-124* outside! So, I personally like a cooler truck. Cool truck equals cooler a/c among other things (if its tuned).
If this is important to you, and you'd like to do the same, read on.
So, I took out all the blades but four. I left the two in that connect to the motor and two at the bottom to keep it stable. Results are no dtc nor cel. Neither. I am on a stock tune and 170* t-stat. My coolant temps at 100* outside are at 176*. How? A/c is on. Fan is blowing. No AGS. So, you can keep truck cool with no tune. Ya, I will at some point tune it. But for now, this works.
Disclaimer: Remember, not here to argue I get worse mpg, or whatever. I am here to help someone wanting to run cooler coolant temps and a/c.
