Not to rant (off topic at that), but does anyone else feel like this "Community account" for FMC is more frustrating than if they didn't even post here? More often than not all I hears is that people IM them, they "open a case" and that ends up just being "this is on your dealer". That's the account even picks up your issue (I swear some they avoid because they know it's an issue they just want to ignore)Hi there. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? Absolutely! I wish they wouldn't even post. I really get why they feel it's good PR, but to me overall it paints FMC in a poor light when it comes to customer service.

I generally agree with you here. That being said, when I was first having the issue with my transmission pump they reached out and I was assigned a rep who seemed to be helpful - she was more responsive than my dealer was with updates, etc. Not sure if it made a difference than if I hadn't reached out but I was satisfied. Not to rant (off topic at that), but does anyone else feel like this "Community account" for FMC is more frustrating than if they didn't even post here? Just block the account. You won't see posts from them anymore if you select that option. You can also prevent that account from seeing your posts as well. Not to rant (off topic at that), but does anyone else feel like this "Community account" for FMC is more frustrating than if they didn't even post here? Good morning! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your locking concern on my end.Hi I believe I am Having the same clicking locks issue with my 2022 F-150 Tremor. This is a recurring intermittent issue. Just walking up to the vehicle the locks will keep clicking, sometimes no clicking but I cannot unlock or lock the vehicle with the key Fob. Talking to other Tremor owners on FB we are narrowing down that this is being caused by the Ford Pass App causing interference or locking out the Key Fob while both are in proximity to each other. Dealer cannot replicate issue thinking possibly because my phone is not near the vehicle. Can anyone confirm they are having the same problem without having Ford Pass installed. I am including Youtube Links of the problem.
My guess is that because your phone/keyfob is at the maximum range for the Bluetooth to be picked up in the truck so it thinks you are getting close and unlocks it, but then the signal fades, and so it locks it back up thinking you have walked away. Basically, the Bluetooth is fading in and out like when you get static on a radio station, and it's confusing the truck as to whether you are walking up to the truck to unlock. I am just going off my understanding of how Bluetooth functions from my experience as a patent attorney and not anything specific with the F-150.weird seeing this thread. so i've had something weird like this happen twice. but heres the kicker, both times my phone and the key were inside the house (not close to the truck) it was like the doors were rapidly locking and unlocking but not completely. the first time i was outside near the truck and heard it, saw the door locks vibrating, punched in my key code on the pad and it unlocked the truck. shut the door, pushed the key pad to lock and never heard it.
about a week ago the mrs came inside to tell me the truck was locking and unlocking the door, i went outside and it wasnt doing anything. so both times the phone and key werent in close proximity.
The problem with this theory is that the truck doesn't unlock on approach. There are some relays that go off (not sure what they do), but the truck stays locked. Also, BT should have nothing to do with it. The truck (As far as I know) does not turn on it's BT until you start it (or put it in acc mode). My guess is that because your phone/keyfob is at the maximum range for the Bluetooth to be picked up in the truck so it thinks you are getting close and unlocks it, but then the signal fades, and so it locks it back up thinking you have walked away. Don't know if there is a way to change the distance that the truck unlocks via Bluetooth, but I would try setting it to shorter distance if you can and see if that fixes it or just disable it all together.
