Pro power onboard detected a fault

The truck finally threw a code where we could get it to the dealer. It threw code POB24

That's the first time I've seen a Powerboost battery showing a cell balance code.
For such a small battery, it still has multiple cells, so if one of them is weaker than the others it negatively affects the whole battery. I doubt seriously Ford would even attempt to repair a failed cell in the Powerboost battery. It would be so much easier and cheaper to just replace it.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but what was the conclusion to this?

I'm getting the same P0B24 CEL, and this is the only applicable source I can find online. 96k miles 2021 PB.
