I’m assuming you already went to the back of bed -7.2 control panel and tried resetting the switches- turning on/off.

Mine is not working either.

GFI is thrown when I run the test, I reset and still the same. I wonder if it has something to do with having the spray in liner done. They said they plugged all the connections back up.

Mine doesn't say the same as above.

Is this just recent for you / did it work when you first got it?

I would not have known. I did not check it till I saw this post.
The issue I'm running into is finding a dealership with technicians that are trained nthe powerboost. I called 3 dealers and only one "claims" they have technicians trained in the PB and pro power systems.

Personally, I would make the decsion & force the repair. It's B.S and a customer issue if they are not trained. The General Manager and Service Manager needs to get their act together and get them trained.

Likewise, I would be screaming to Ford Corp - customer care and explaining to them the amount of effort you have to do in trying to get a repair. Document (by a case #) - strongly recommend in doing so.

I agree Jim, in fact after having my truck at the dealer for two days, and having them tell me they have no idea how to even work on the Pro Power system and cannot repair it, I reached out to Ford customer service via their Twitter account @FordMotorCompany. I now have a case number and they have escalated the issue within their Customer Experience department. I will keep the group posted on how successful this approach is.....

Well mine is actually working for it was user error!

I was testing the test button on the screen and just wasn't understanding what it was saying. It was testing the ground fault to shut it off. Once I reset the switch in the rear it all worked.

I hate not having a paper manual!

When you took it back was it simply matter of reconnecting correctly? How long did the fix take? I had my bed sprayed at the local line-x dealer today and now getting that same error.

Thanks!

Took it back to the dealer this morning. It was exactly as I suspected: when they sprayed in the bed liner they forgot to reconnect it properly.

Unfortunately, I suspect this is going to be a common occurrence until dealers get up to speed on how the hardware in the new PB hybrids work.

I would like to know the same thing. I don't have time to drop my truck off at the stealership for a week while they try to figure out what a powerboost is and how to work on it.

I took my truck back to Line-x and it literally took the tech 15 seconds, he got under the truck and it looks like he failed to reconnect the power lead.
