I ended up putting the passenger seat portion all the way down. When it is in the lowest position the noise goes away. I did see a TSB out for seat noise on the 2021's which I assume would apply to the 2022's since the seat is the same. It involved clamping sections of rubber hose on the rails under the seat to stop the noise. I have not had time to try this. For now my short term fix is just putting the seat all the way down.Did you ever locate this problem? I have a new 2023 for only 2 weeks and have this same problem now
Mine has the exact same noise - they did that bulletin - did not change anything - the rattle comes and goes based on seat position - If you put pressure on the seat back it stops but I'm experiencing the same thing in my 21. The dealer hasn't been great at rattle fixing. My truck has been a shit show since the beginning - 3 days in the transmission blew up and it was in the shop for a month or so - since then I've had axle bolts fail, rattles out the ass, weather strips fall off, axle bolts loosen up and need tightening, blown speakers, and more rattles. I love the truck but what a nightmare.I ended up putting the passenger seat portion all the way down. When it is in the lowest position the noise goes away. exactly, if I put the seat all the way down sound goes away. For those with the seat rattle, check to see if the seat's raise and lower function have it all the way down. The front lift part doesn't matter, but the rear part does.

Haven't found anything but I noticed that it happens when it is colder (could be a random and stupid observation) and it doesn't happen all the time. Annoying as hell.Mine suddenly started doing this today. Anyone find the cause? If I hit the seat back, it feels like something is loose in it while the driver's seat feels much more solid.
...and now it hasn't done it for two days. Hoping it was a one time fluke!Haven't found anything but I noticed that it happens when it is colder (could be a random and stupid observation) and it doesn't happen all the time. Annoying as hell.
I hope it was but I suspect it wasn't. I have periods of times where I don't hear it....and now it hasn't done it for two days. Hoping it was a one time fluke!
