Hello all,
BLUF - Does anyone know if the 2024 PB will have a higher GVWR than the 2023 PB?
We are replacing our 2020 3.5 EB with a 2024 PB (ordered) and were wondering if anyone heard of a change to GVWR change from 2023 to 2024? The 2023 information says #7350 which is up from #7300 in 2021 and my wife said that she saw on FB that it would go up to #7400.
My wife feels like the TT (#7200 max, usually closer to #6500) sometimes feels too much for our EB (#7000 GVWR) and thus our move to a PB with a higher GVWR. Right now with the EB we regularly come within #50 of GVWR when towing (#950 tongue (measured), #400 for humans and dog, #150 tonneau and Linex so about #125-150 for bed stuff like generator, gas, water, tables, chairs, tools, etc.). Based on our research of similarly configure 2023s (sorry dear, wrong color!) we believe payload will be in the low 1600s; drop the generator and gas from the bed and our weights-and-measures should be comparable to current.
Thanks in advance
