Maybe try a system reboot on SYNC? It could possible do a recalibration. The outside temperature gauge on my Sync4 screen is always 8 to 10 degrees higher than the actual outside temp. Anyone know how to recalibrate it?
Thanks guys!
When driving. This my 3rd F150 and the other two were very close to the real temp when driving - within 2 to 4 degrees. Is it higher when you are driving or is it when you are at idle? I don’t know any vehicle that is accurate while sitting still. While driving it should be within a couple degrees.
I'm having the exact same issue with my truck. The temp is dramatically wrong after the vehicle is setting the sun (obviously) but quickly stabilizes to +6~8 degrees warmer than ambient once I'm moving. The issue is not limited to sunny days - It's consistently off when the weather is overcast and cooler. The outside temperature gauge on my Sync4 screen is always 8 to 10 degrees higher than the actual outside temp. Anyone know how to recalibrate it?
Thanks guys!
