OTA update question

Just wondering how folks can tell if your OTA updates are working or not. I had my truck into dealership about 2 months ago to have the TSB performed to fix OTA updates as I have not had any since the truck was new, a March 2021 build date. At that time 12 updates were shown pending per a FDRS search by folks here on the forum. When I got truck back from dealer all except one update were installed and they told me OTA updates will come through now. Well its been two months and I am sure I dont have latest sync software as I dont have camera in motion and some other features that have been updated for build 2021 job1 trucks. Can anyone do another search in FDRS for me to see if I again have pending updates for my VIN? 1FTFW1ED5MFB13620 Thanks for any help.

When you go to the software update screen, is your Automatic Update button turned on?

Before the TSB update, many of us were stuck with the Automatic Update button greyed out and you could not toggle it to on.

Yes it is turned on and I have never seen it grayed out. I have it parked in a good wifi reception area and all looks good a ready to receive and downloads.

Mine is the opposite, after I had it worked on the autoupdate is grayed out now it is back the shop today, so we'll see what happens this time...

@pushrods I don't see any indication there anything wrong with your truck. Your Sync version is about a year old, so you are behind on updates, but you are past the hump where these trucks can get stuck. The problem is Ford's OTA process is garbage and they haven't any updates in a while.
