Then you may want to get that looked at. It's been complaining about it since 4/7. I can only see 60 days worth of history, and on 3/23 when you had it at the dealer, it was not recording it, but it has been consistent since 4/7.

Gladly, but please remove the VIN from the post.
Your truck is on Sync 22192 which is one version behind the one you'd need to be on for full-screen capability. Right now, your modem is showing it is offline, so I can't see much. Do you have your Fordpass set up yet?

Thanks! I had it set up but when I went in to the dealer to get it checked out it was reset… dealer couldn’t figure anything out.

Get it set back up and message me your VIN so I can check again. Your truck is definitely behind, but I don't see anything wrong that would prevent you from getting updates. As far behind as you are, I would consider going the FDRS route and do it yourself.
