So apparently my truck isn't visible in PTS anymore? I think the dealer tried an update and F'd the goose..

Would you be able to look?

I know it's not appealing to spend ~$600 to make things right for a truck under warranty, but it's money well spent for enjoying the truck with a smile everytime I get in it.
But doesn't isn't that adapter around $500 and the subscription for FDRS $1000?

No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue right now. Based on your Sync version, you are behind on updates, but you're past the hump where you truck may have been stuck. Your last recorded OTA was October of last year, but I can't update details over 60 days old to see exactly which one it was.

Your truck was sent 3.5.2 on 1/20, but the downloading of files never took place before it expired. No specific error code was given, It just says "server/cloudoperation" over and over again. Either a poor internet/data connection on your truck or a problem on Ford's servers at the time the OTA trigger was sent to your truck. Nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.

PTS pulls up your truck just fine. If you are referring to your dealer visit last month, they did not attempt and module updates. You don't seem to have gotten any OTA's in a while, but your Sync version at 22177 is past the hump where there trucks get stuck not getting updates.

Gotcha, thanks for the clarificaiton. "doesn't isn't that adapter" apparently my English isn't working this morning, may need another cup or two of coffee.

2023's should be built with the latest software already. If you have full screen carplay/android auto and dual phone connectivity, you're good to go.

You would think that it would, but, like many others I am having the same connectivity issues they are having. Just inquiring if something was being sent out to fix this.

My 2021 (which I ordered in March 2021 - from Granger, great experience BTW), was built in April 2021, in missing chip period until end of July, received it Labor Day Weekend in Sept. and it still had the 2020 software on it, so I couldn't count on it having the newest (although I agree, you think it would)

If you are talking about bluetooth connectivity issues, it seems many people are reporting more problems after the latest update than before it. As far as I know, there it no recent OTA designed to fix bluetooth connectivity issues. OTA 3.5.4 gives a truck the ability to pair two phones at once, but it does not "fix" and issues in regards to the bluetooth connection itself.

Issues with SYNC as well as the TCU.
Ah, that type of connectivity. You can try resetting the APIM by (with the truck running) holding down the radio power button and forward seek button for 10 seconds or until the screen reboots. Do it twice back - to - back.

The TCU is a bit more more difficult to reset. It is located behind your rear seat on the passenger side. It would be to be unplugged for 24 hours and reconnected to perform a reset on it.
