yeah, I followed that but it is missing steps. It goes from get assistant to blam, they're linked.

So I found this note on the macheforum that once the routine is set, run the routine by speaking one of them. Then Google Assistant says they aren't linked and asks if I want to link them. I said yes, then it redirected to fordconnect.cv.ford.com and asked for my Ford creds. I entered them and it popped with an error that the login service is unavailable. I'll try again later.

I set it up with alexa. I think I saw that somewhere on this forum. Same concept. Create a routine with pin and then use different phrases.

Very late to the game here but does this still work for you guys? Have a 23 Platty and wanted to give this a try. I'm reading where Google has disabled it though? Figured ask existing users before diving down the rabbit hole to nowhere

Google killed third party app support in June.
Disappointing as I was looking forward to using Google over Alexa.
