Been over a year and a half since I looked at the OBDLink app, and now many PIDs on my dashboard no longer work and display 0's. I'm not sure what to do.

Short question: where is the PID for the Transmission Temperature found, and in what version (be specific, do I need an app upgrade and/or a PID upgrade, and how? do I let the VIN check work or override the year ( I have a 2023 PBoost).

Long Question:
I set up my android Pixel 7 about Spring of 2023 and at that time followed your guys lead and even though I had a 2023 Powerboost I ended telling the app it was a 2022. So I think that means I overrode the VIN. But I am leaving on a big towing trip in 3 days and want to get it fixed.
Here is a pic of my own dashboard, and you can see half of them don't find any PID.

For starters, I need the Transmission Temperature, it used to be the PID called "Transmission Fluid Temperature".
I'm afraid to tweak it cuz it will change it to something else if it can't find this old one, then I'll lose the old name. Also I have a backup .stg file I just exported cuz I think I'm about to break it.

I think you can see from the image, what I'm trying to locate (12v vs EV(traction) volts, amps, soc).
thanks!
If I search for "temp" I find a bunch of intake and exhaust, catalyst, ambient, and engine coolant, but nothing like transmission.

I also can't figure out how to force it to re-read the VIN and get whatever the latest version of PIDs are - how do I do that or should I?

These pics show my screen back when it was working, and what it looks like now when it isn't working...

Is there a PID for Transmission Temperature like there was a year ago before something changed out from under me? It's the main one I want while towing.

If you previously had a functioning Transmission Temp gauge, just long hold your finger on the gauge and "re-map" it to the appropriate PID?

In the current version of OBDLink, and for my 2022 Powerboost, it's under Ford/Lincoln/Mercury-Powertrain Control Module.

This is the PID I am using from the 2023 PID set.

I'm not close to following you.
I don't see anything like

"Ford/Lincoln/Mercury-Powertrain Control Module"

I don't see Ford/Lincoln/Mercury, where is that?
I don't see any kind of <>Module at all.
Where is this?

I long press a gauge, select Display Configuration, then touch the current PID to change it, and months next page I select "SAE PIDs", and get a single list but don't see any modules to close from. I've scrolled thru them, and there are about 15 pages.
And if I search "trans" it doesn't find anything at all. TIA

You have to download, within the app, the Ford/Lincoln /Mercury enhanced package for OBDLink. It's a huge library of Ford specific PIDs for current vehicles.

I finally found where the Enhanced packages are, and I already had the 2022 downloaded which is what I manually set my vehicle settings to.

I just now downloaded the 2023 as well but no difference. Is there some way to redownload or start over, without losing my dashboard?

It was all working the last time I used it a year ago. Not sure what changed.

Just delete the app and download it again. Then download .stg file, enhanced PID's and setup your truck.

Too much to learn on the road. Stg files and all, don't remember how. I give up.

Does someone have a Stg file for a 2022?
I was messing around with a older one that snakebitten had but I totally messed up my android phone and can't find it anymore besides many of the pids were no longer working. I need to take a break from this ipma debacle and work on my obd screen.
