You pissed off the woman in the dash and she doesn't want to talk to you.

Let us know if dealer can figure it out because I think we are all out of ideas.

Right, and most of the time that would be fine, but......

Seems like you disabled something. Reset all your settings

Maybe try doing a hard reset of the Sync, radio, Navi etc. may have to Google it but I believe you can hold down the ff or arrow right button and the power on off button at the same time and it reboots it. I may have the buttons wrong as it’s been awhile since I’ve done it but it may clear up the issue

To do that touch the settings button below the nav map view (or whatever you have on the display), then "General", then scroll way down to "Reset", choose "Factory Reset".

You'll lose everything you've entered into any part of the system including nav, phones, etc., etc., but it might be worth a try to avoid dealer involvement.

This supposedly resets everything relating to SYNC and Infotainment to the original factory defaults, mainly intended to use when you trade / sell the vehicle.

If you haven't done the master reset yet, try an APIM reset first. With the truck on, hold down the radio power button and forward seek button together for 10 seconds or so until the screen reboots. Do this twice. Turn off the truck, lock it and walk away with the key for 15 minutes and then come back. If the problem is still there, then try the master reset. You will have to add the truck back to your Fordpass account after the master reset, as well.

Yeah that may be a complete factory reset. I think I meant to say a soft reset which Just forces a reboot. I actually haven’t done a factory reset but the soft reset several times.

Reset and now have voice back, so that problem solved, but now I cannot get the wifi to connect. It does not even find my wifi when the truck is 10 feet away from the router, nor when I enter it manually

Well, you don't really need the WiFi. It's never used for updates and for that reason I'm a little confused why they bothered to include option to connect to WiFi at all.
