Radio volume during Navigation prompts

First time posting. I have a 23 F-150 King Ranch. On my previous vehicles, with Sync 3 or earlier, the radio volume would automatically lower during Navigation prompts. With Sync 4, it doesn't do this and the radio just plays right on through the Nav directions. I've searched everywhere and I haven't found any way to adjust it. I know I can raise the volume of the Nav prompts but that's not the solution. Is there no way to adjust the radio volume during prompts?

My audio lowers when I get navigation prompts. I wonder if you need an update or something?

Are you using the Ford Navigation or something through Carplay/Android Auto?

Both. Normally I use the factory nav because I find Waze not to be accurate. But I do use Apple and Google Maps from time to time.

Pretty much exclusively, I use the Ford nav.

Update: I went on a drive yesterday to test some things. Plugged in a destination and hit the road. I set the radio volume to what I typically would, about 5. When the nav prompted directions, the radio didn't lower whatsoever. I decided to crank up the radio a little and put it at 9-10. The next time the nav prompted, the radio absolutely lowered during the prompt. If the radio is at 6-7, it will lower just a little, not much. At 5 the radio did not lower. In my opinion, it should still lower at any volume I have set. But, now I know it's working I guess.
