When I looked last week just after this released there were just over 100k reviews. There's now 105k. Rating went from 4.1 to 3.9. I don't care if people changed their review, or left new, but the math works out to around 5k 1 star in less than a week.

They don't really engage on this site. They either start treads and don't come back, reply to complaints soliciting a PM to assist, or respond to pictures saying nice truck. That's it that I've seen in the last three years.
