I just received 4.2.2 whole driving a fewWhat are you looking for in brake regent? (4.2.4 is a TCU update)b
I monitor brake regen pretty closely and I haven't seen anything change over the last few updates. (I'm at 4.2.2)
I would think it would require at least a PCM update. And perhaps BCM & ABS?
Iminutes ago. Nothing changed that I can see.....

How do you reset the BMS just curious ?Before an update can fail due to low battery voltage, it has to be sent to your truck first. Having a low SOC will not prevent an OTA trigger from being created for your truck, but it can prevent the update from successfully installing.
Edit: It is also good to reset the truck's BMS every now and then. You can have a good battery, but if the BMS is not reading it correctly, it will make your truck think the battery has low voltage when it is not the case. I just helped a member of F150 forum out less than an hour ago that had a TRM update failing over and over again due to low battery voltage. I told him to reset the BMS, he did, and the next time he initiated the update, it went through without a glitch.
