Missing from sticker

Good day my Ford family. I have a unique issue I ran into and wanted some feedback or information if anyone has been through this. Friday, I finally picked up my 2022 F150 XLT 4x4 Black package 302A and the truck is incredible. After taking it on the road I realized I didn't have front sensors but I do have them in the rear. After realizing this, I reviewed my original order paperwork I signed. The original order that I signed shows that I did choose Ford Copilot 360 assist 2.0, but when I look at the window sticker it is not there. I did get the 360 camera package but not the assist. After realizing this I reached out to the dealer letting them know the issue and am waiting for a response. I wanted that feature no matter what, but it's crazy to know the manufacturer missed it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? My thought is that the manufacturing plant missed imputing the Ford Copilot 360 assist 2.0 from my original order form that was signed at the dealership. Thoughts and concerns or examples? Any help would be much appreciated ?.

You are incorrect. Assist 2.0 was a dealor removed option due to ongoing chip shortage. You should have been notified by the dealor and given an invoice credit. I feel for you with all the current vehicle deletes from the factory and price increases. It's a bad time to order your dream truck. I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done now.

While I have also heard of Dealer-removed packages to assuage supply chain delays; I've got a MY21 with the Copilot 2.0 Assist and no front ultrasonic sensors (which I think is what you're talking about) which predates the shortage. You may still have the proper front facing camera and radar. Are you able to set following distance to the vehicle in front of you while on the highway?

I am able to set the vehicle distance in front on the highway but for some reason I havent recieved a warning ever.

Yeah that is what the dealer told me. Suppsely ford pulled it without telling the dealer.

I have the same situation as you. My XLT 302A with BAP came without the Co Pilot Assist 2.0 that I had originally ordered. I knew well in advance, though, that it was to be force-deleted by Ford. What I did not know, however, is that it would also not have the front parking sensors.

My 2021 302A with CPA 2.0 came with the front sensors. Front sensors are obviously part of the CPA 2.0 package.

I am able to set the vehicle distance in front on the highway but for some reason I havent recieved a warning ever.

You don’t receive a pop up warning for the distance. There’s an icon that changes color if you are in the range.

Yeah for 2022 I seen a couple of videos of them having them and some with not.

Icon yeah Ill need to research that.

So If I have the distance option and a camera, isnt this still part of the Co-Pilot? I dont think I have seen a distance indication icon yet.

Sorry to hear! I guess a lesson for rest of us is to check window sticker after “shipped” status?

The 360 Assist package does not get front sensors. Only the 360 Active package gets the front sensors. If you have all these features, you do have the Assist package installed.
My 2021 has the Assist, no front sensors.

I've had the forward collision warning come up before, but never felt it brake...so not sure I'd ever rely on that...It does require you to connect the trailer harness, otherwise the system will see the tongue while backing up and slam on the brakes...FYI
