Alarm Missing?

I'm seeing some posts about the alarms going off and people showing alarm security settings both on the infotainment and in the app. I checked out my truck (XLT 302a) yesterday and didn't see anything alarm related in the vehicle settings on the infotainment. I checked out the app today and the security section only has some silly reference to ford insure. I checked my window sticker again and it does indeed say perimeter alarm.

I guess my question is twofold. What is the perimeter alarm (are there other kinds of factory alarms?) and is this something missing from my truck based on the absence of mention in the app and sync? The only deletes I had were start stop and the Sirius XM radio delete.

There is a perimeter alarm that from what I understand is if doors are opened alarm will go off. Then there’s a perimeter plus that has glass breakage and sensors in the truck so if some one reaches in an open window sets off alarm.
