Is this to mean that if you have a 2024 with the bending headlights, you can’t code them to anti glare anymore?Glare free was a FORScan enabled option in the USA (a delivered option in Canada) for those with the auto beam headlights from 2021-2023. In 2024 (unfortunately for me) they apparently removed this ability. So it’s been a “casualty” since then.
How did they remove it? With an update? If so what update?Glare free was a FORScan enabled option in the USA (a delivered option in Canada) for those with the auto beam headlights from 2021-2023. From my understanding, they removed the access via FORScan, the commands are no longer there for the North American 2024 F150’s.How did they remove it? With an update? If so what update?
Likely hidden somewhere in the software. It just takes forever to get approved because govt agencies move at the speed of govt. Tesla recently had theirs approved for some models and kicked out an update to allow it. I'm guessing ford didn't want to press their luck allowing a now well known bypass to occur so I suspect it to be a future update once approved. When approved they'll likely make a big deal of it like "look, we're a modern cutting edge auto maker, we've increased your vehicles features over the air"How did they remove it? With an update? If so what update?
Omg! Reminds me of discoChinese have a crazy deluxe ambient light kit that only requires you to grab the lin bus signal from the BCM/CJB and works with the factory RGB ambient settings with lots of options including full front and rear feet lights, light pipes, door illumination and even some cheesy speaker inserts if you want to use them
