OCD hands down the image looks clearer with it on too. My niece had her tint guy try and put on the Spigen., it cracked.

do you get any of that weird 'rainbowing' when wearing polarized glasses?
I have an old pair of Ray Ban aviator 100% UV shades. I do not know or remember if they are polarized but I would think they are. I do not get anything strange due to the protector. At first I thought the anti glare might not be good, but I was wrong and love it now.

The big screen is nice but gets gross with fingerprints quickly. What’s the best and safest way to clean these? I used Zeiss sunglasses wipes on my last one but this thing is so big that 1 wipe doesn’t get the job done.

Any thoughts on the aftermarket screen protectors? I generally avoid screen protectors as they don’t look or feel as good as the naked screen (add condom joke here) but I’d consider one if there’s a significant advantage.
This worked great for me!

A scratch in the screen would really bum me out so I’m convinced a protector is the way to go. I ordered the Spigen tempered glass because Install seems easier with less chance of bubbles. After reading the latest posts I’m already doubting my decision. If it’s blurry at all I’m going to hate it. Are these things easy to remove without damaging the truck?

They all peel off and on, no problem. At the right angle, I could already see scratches on my 22' OEM screen. Once I applied the glass screen protector, all the scratchers are gone and it looks perfect. The color is much better in my opinion with the clear versus the matte.

Installation is pretty easy. First step is to take vac w/ soft brush head and / or detailing brush to thoroughly clean the area around the screen so that all dust is removed. Clean the screen and make sure it's free of lint and put the protector on.

The glare free is a bit matte. If you want clear smooth glass just get another and have both on-hand.

You will not see anything when you start the truck and the screen turns on. The anti glare will severely hide any fingerprints and you will not get any glare at all. Install was easy.

I had the OCD Plug matte protector on my 2021 and my new 2024. It's also on my wife's 2024 Escape. It is very easy to install with no bubbles. Everything is in the box but the soap and water.

OCD Plug YouTube video

I also have their matte B-pillar protectors.

I just use old school Windex and a piece of paper towel.
I had my truck double ceramic tinted by a pro and he specifically told me to use ammonia free cleaner which comes in a can, and not to use Windex, ammonia can cause discoloration and not sure how it would react with the plastics on your infotainment system. I avoid Windex like the plague.

yup. I use the ammonia free formula. And invisible glass on the rest of the glass.

I'm assuming that post was in jest - that's the worst thing you could do, especially for cleaning tinted windows.

I got the Spigen tempered glass installed very easily. No lint, no bubbles. It’s a great piece
