How to never miss a OTA software update! [Instructions]

[Snakebitten]

i have tried but receibe wrong password/ user .
i ll search and post on FDRS thead sorry.

It's easy to confuse your credentials for Motorcraft VS Helm license.
You have to have credentials for logging into either site, even if you used the same credentials when you created the two accounts.

Be sure in FDRS that you are using the credentials you use to purchase the license, rather than the credentials you used to download FDRS from Motorcraft?

You can try the forgotten password option too?

My login for Motorcraft uses my full email address and not a simple username. Did you try using your full email?

Did I get my post above backwards?
Sounds like I might have.

I use my email for both far as I can remember but it has been a couple months since my last update session. ?

I did the same, but it wasn't an educated strategy. Just lucky.

But I do think that if I hadn't, I would need to remind myself that opening FDRS is NOT done with my Motorcraft/Ford credentials. Easy to get confused.

Helm is different.
Ford service/Motorcraft are same as FDRS with Ford unified login.

It is easy to get confused for sure.

Your truck is a 2023 that was built with all the older problematic software already. While I am sure there a re a few updates you are missing, there is nothing to worry about in your case. No OTA's in your queue at this time.

Mine hasn't updated since I picked it up from the dealer in December 2021...

Not sure if I've checked your truck before or not, but feel free to post or PM me your VIN and I'll take a look at it.

Can someone please check my VIN = 1FTFW1E82MFA27118

I asked the dealership to update after trying the OTAs myself with all recommended prerequisites.

I would appreciate if someone could look into VIN 1FTFW1ED8MFC61664
My truck is reporting partial failure of 2.7.4, which I have received successfully in the past.
