How long from order to build to delivery currently?

Seems like the tracking threads are outdated, and I can't find much info on this.
How long does it take these days from order placement, to Ford building the truck, to delivery?
I am planning on placing an order for a '25 Lariat within the next week.

I don't think there's a clear answer. Some get theirs built in 1-2 months. I've seen others with orders placed in September/October 2024 who still don't have a build date.
My fleet order was placed on 12/19 and my truck was build on 3/4.

I ordered mine December 5th of 2024. It went into production on 3/10/25. I expect it to take at least another month for it to finish being built, shipped, and transported to the dealer I purchased from.

Delivered: Should be at the train yard or getting there today to be delivered to the dealership: 03/17 - 03/21.

I ordered after 2025 F150's were hitting the lots. Normally here it is a 3-4 month wait after production has started. I was told 4-5 months when ordered.

I ordered 2 - 2025 F-150 King Ranch 6.5 Box both Powerboost both almost identical options.

The Lacombe Ford truck was ordered on 10/18/2024 arrived Feb 20, its here

The College Ford Lincoln truck was ordered 9/16/2024 was built Jan 9, 2025 immediately went to status body shop and sat there until last week, the dealer did a search yesterday and the status is "submitted to carrier - Blackrock" it did have a rail car number assigned.

A big variable is how many allocations your dealer has each month.

No one knows, a month to many months. 9/6 order, still a month out from build date if all goes well. I do have a regular cab short bed though which probably isn’t helping

Mine was put in production 8/11/24, built 8/12/24 and was sitting on the dealer's lot 8/14/24.
