I might be mistaken, but the TSB was/is/has been delivered to trucks in the form of an OTA update.

Of course since OTA delivery success is far from consistent across all trucks, most wouldn't know if they have received it yet.
I just came across this yesterday as well.... i'm gonna wait and see what happens. Finally got my first update since buying the truck yesterday. Hoping the SSN OTA comes soon.

2021 F150 3.5 Ecoboost w/PTA which finally works
This is a lot of words about my experience with this now-resolved problem:

Summary: Nag about module updates.

tl;dr

Reflecting several posts, my auto-shutoff hadn't worked for a year (longer? I dunno, I've started accepting functionality failures/inconsistencies), then the thread header message appeared.

The dealer (last week) had my 21 3.5 EB in for a week looking for a battery drain issue but tracked it back to module updates. I posted in the VIN lookup thread and looked like they were actually updating all of them.

Auto-shutoff now works and hopefully other things that were supposed to work. Once I've had it sitting for a couple days I'll retest the battery. Since I work at home and have become socially inept, that shouldn't be a problem. :-D With the module updates, it looks like they changed the typeface of the temperature on the infotainment display. Man, that was really bothering me. <eyeroll/>. Maybe I'm just looking for something to complain about and hadn't noticed it before.

Related to module updates for various issues...I got the truck Aug 21 and the PTA didn't work off the lot. Annoying since that's one of the things I specifically bought it for. 3 visits back to the dealer over two RV seasons and and "It's working" every time. Though they made no effort to test it (shouldn't they have a mule with the yaw sensor/checkerboard/customer service?). "Bring your trailer in and leave it with us." (Here you go...enjoy your trip to the mtns...dump the tanks and fill it up when you get back...<eyeroll/> again...). The 4th visit to the dealer and BYO-TSB - that was released before my 3rd visit - and they updated "modules" and it worked for our last trip.

This visit for the drain issue, I bugged them about updating all the modules. Maybe they actually did. I'll repost in the VIN thread later; I don't wanna abuse that free service.

That was a lot of words.

I just got the SSN alert for the first time this AM. Truck is still on original aux AGM battery. Going to call dealer and get it checked out. Truck has been going into deep sleep and battery save mode despite 30 min highway drives. Going to see if I can get them to replace the aux AGM battery under warranty.

Hope you get it addressed swiftly. I don't want to jinx myself, but I haven't had any issues for a LONG time now.

Took it in to the local dealer today. Explained what was going on.

Tech said, "Let's pop your VIN into our system and see what's going on with the truck. Ah, I see State of Charge is 37%. Looks like you'll be getting a new battery. Also see a few other DTC codes that are related to low state of charge. New battery should fix all of that."

They'll keep it overnight and also do 30k mile service on it. I'll get it back tomorrow and see if the gremlins are gone.

CCA test on battery showed 720 out of 800 amps, so they replaced the main 12V battery. Service Advisor claimed that the auxilliary battery was tested as well and passed, so only the main 12V battery was replaced. All under warranty as Inhave 6k miles/8 months left on factory warranty. Drive home was smooth and approach lighting stayed on when I exited the truck.
