It's in HVAC module here:
733-01-03 xxxx **xx xx-- Front Left Heated Seats - High Setting (FLHSHS) • Degree Celsius = Hex2Dec(**)
733-01-03 xxxx xx** xx-- Front Left Heated Seats - Medium Setting (FLHSMS) • Degree Celsius = Hex2Dec(**)
733-01-03 xxxx xxxx **-- Front Left Heated Seats - Low Setting (FLHSLS) • Degree Celsius = Hex2Dec(**)

733-01-04 xxxx **xx xx-- Front Right Heated Seats - High Setting (FRHSHS) • Degree Celsius = Hex2Dec(**)
733-01-04 xxxx xx** xx-- Front Right Heated Seats - Medium Setting (FRHSMS) • Degree Celsius = Hex2Dec(**)
733-01-04 xxxx xxxx **-- Front Right Heated Seats - Low Setting (FRHSLS) • Degree Celsius = Hex2Dec(**)
So is there a chart with what temp settings C that we can put? Like a max? I’d probably just turn up the high setting maybe a degree or 2 on the middle one. Thank you for this info.

Look in the plain English settings in FORScan programming screen for HVAC and it may give a range for the front heat settings there

so I just now finally looked at forscan for the heated seats. there is no "plain english" for the hvac. so i looked at the settings that you provided and looking at just the high setting default is 6E so i used a hex 2 decimal converter and 6E=110 so long winded im assuming 110 is fahrenheit? any thoughts? thanks again for your help.

Along a similar line, is there a Forscan solution to only turning on heated seats to the 1 or 2 setting from a remote start? Default seems to be the highest setting, and I don’t need my butt sweating on the way to work!

Thanks in advance

I'm keeping an eye on this also. On remote start after 15 minutes my ass is on fire when I get in. Was thinking of changing the temp of high using the aforementioned process in HVAC module but then got thinking...does high only seem high since it's not very cold yet? What happens when it's -35 C overnight and much colder in the morning? Will the seat seem so hot? This is my first winter with my truck so time will tell.

You can adjust the amount of time the wheel stays on and the temp can be adjusted but it’s Celsius. I jumped mine up a degree and it freaking hot
Any chance you can check what temperature yours gets up to? Mine feels more like a warm in certain areas steering wheel not heated. I upped to the max temperature too.

From the spreadsheet, the values in hex are degrees Celsius. Water boils at 100C.

Interesting. I was told that some kind of hex conversion had to be used. ? I will try that and see if I notice a difference.

https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/hex-to-decimal.html

Another variable to consider is where the temp probe is in relation to the heating elements. They're right where the wire to the heating element enters it. If you find one seat is just off, you might want to inspect those on that seat. Seat doesn't need removed to do it, but some things may need unplugged.

Mine are both working fine was wanting to turn them up a bit when on high. They are not as warm as past fords I’ve had. Now sorry to be stupid. Math is not my strong suit. That converter you sent says hex to decimal. Is decimal the same as Celsius?
