Received this ota update overnight for the heated mirrors. I have tow mirrors on my ‘21. Wondering if this is for regular mirrors as well.

In the past few weeks, they have been pushing out a bunch of these patches to improve this or that. It's getting hard to track all of them. What's interesting is that this updated was first report by Ford to the NHTSA back in November for the Ford Bronco stating:

Priority Update 22-PU1007-DOR-UP for 2021-2022 Model Year Bronco vehicles is now available. Quality Improvements Include: improvement to short window drop, improvement to window bounceback.

I posted the NHTSA notification in one of the other threads. @Jesse-Infotainment noted that it’s an update to the PDM and DDM, as you can confirm from the last link below.
