Yes, but in the cluster, not in Google Maps (if you use the route overview in Google maps, that's a workaround).

So, you can turn of TBT in the cluster using FORScan (easy mode works for this change as well):

For me, this had an unintended side effect: the cluster looks normal before I hit the "Start" button on Google maps:

Once I hit "start", the cluster display still shrinks as if TBT was still on. No idea why and YMMV:

Once you "exit" the route, the cluster display returns to normal. Maybe I need an update to the IPC to address it, but I've come to hate TBT in the cluster and I can put up with the odd display while still getting TBT on the SYNC screen in google maps.

I’d love to see what you can figure out. It’s the gauges shrinking that really bothers me. I’d have been fine with it otherwise if it just displayed at the top of the screen without any shrinking.

My 23 Powerboost now shows turns in the instrument cluster. It did not before. I deleted the app and reinstalled, and now the turn by turn works in the instrument cluster. It’s really handy as the graphic right in front of you catches your attention even when not really watching it.

Is your a XLT 302A or Lariat and higher?

Is this a new thing for Apple users? I've had TBT navigation show up on the cluster of my 2023 since I bought it new, using Google Maps Android Auto.

GMaps is hit or miss in my 25 for some reason. Apple Maps works fine in the IPC.

I've noticed in my 2023 platinum that the turn by turn shows up in the cluster if you use it under the trip/fuel menu but does not work when you add that to the my view

Yes, I think you’re right. It was integrated with Android Auto but only Apple Maps did it in Apple Pla

I am on Sync 23291 and can confirm that Google Maps shows TBT on my IPC now. Previously only Apple Maps did it.

My 2024 has shown turn by turn from Android Auto/Google Maps in the instrument cluster since I bought it.

Same on my 2023, since the day I picked it up in June of that yr.

I just noticed the TBT in my 2021 XLT with 302A yesterday. I usually use the onboard navigation so I don't know how long it's been that way. Not more than a few weeks though.

On the strength of a post from another thread mentioned above, I updated the Google maps app on my phone and it now shows TBT on the instrument panel, AND it now shows the map on a card on the right side of the SYNC4 screen, which is a very welcome change. Previously, if I had the sudio display showing on the main display, it would say something like “Google maps navigation active” on the card, but wouldn’t show the map there.
Pretty sure that these changes are solely due to updating the Google maps app on my phone.
