Front License Plate Bracket screwed into the bumper or uses adhesive?

Ecoboosts and 5.0s with block heaters are mounted like Knickell's #2 photo. 5.0s without block heaters are mounted like Bryan Simon's. I've got a 5.0 w/ block heater and am looking for the bumper trim piece to fill that hole.

Mine was neither glued or screwed to the bumper. It merely clips onto the vertical supports in the lower opening. It is very easy to install or remove. If installed correctly it will not just fall off.

Thanks for the info guys. I live in Pa where we don't have a front plate, so I wanted to take the bracket off. I had thought previous years were screwed on, so I was pumped when this one just popped off. its a much cleaner look without it!
