I used a Lubelocker gasket and they work great!

For those without lifts, the Purple Cranium stamped cover with the optional drain plug will fit.
Did you have to drop the steering rack--or other parts--to get the Purple Cranium cover on a non lifted truck? I'm looking to go this direction but wondering what the time commitment would be.

Thanks!

I paid to have the EPS dropped so they could do the torsen and diff cover. Most dealers refused, saying that only a huge dealer would have the means to reset camber/caster after dropping the EPS. Folks on this forum have disputed that as merely an excuse, but I have no way to tell if they were lying. Regardless, either the EPS or the front axle/diff housing has to come down in order to replace the diff cover.
