Mine goes in Tues for gears. My guy did a great job on my jeep. I sure hope he can do the same on my truck.
What gear setup are you going with? Front or rear or both? I’m looking to get a Ford Torsen or an Eaton for the front. For my intended use, I can’t imagine I’d go wrong with either.

Yukon 4.11s front and rear with Torsen front LSD, Lube Locker gaskets, Dana Spicer rear cover and stock front cover with drain plug welded in.

My tires are 35” which is 10% taller than stock. The 4.11s are right at 10% lower than my stock 3.73s so I should be just about dead on to my original gearing and shift points.

Currently my speedo is off by 10%. 40 indicated is 44 actual. 70 indicated is 77 actual. Too much for me. I think this change will get me to within 1% or maybe 2% and I can live with that.

I considered an Eaton Elocker but…..

I have a Jeep Rubicon for hard core off road
I did not want to run more wires for a switch
This is a street /dirt road / sand truck so a full on front locker is not needed
Ford uses the Torsen so it will prob be good for the life of my truck
I’m still on stock axle shafts, and probably always will be so a bit of slip is probably good with 35s.
