Go over your paperwork and what is on it.
I'd definitely go to another dealer.
I'm not sure the process on another dealer following up on first dealer work when it comes to warranty coverage though. Ford might want first dealer doing the work?
You seem to have new symptoms now not present before fixing pinon seal. The new symptoms give you excuse to go to second dealer for new warranty claim in my opinion. Ask if they can look at it because your first dealer tells you it is fine and you have weird new symptoms with truck. Worst case they also tell you it is fine, but you still have on record first dealer doing warranty repair. If it grenades on you sometime soon Ford will cover it.
For what it is worth seen maybe half dozen posts on here with leaky front pinon seals. It happens. Mine has been fine for 12k miles after getting fixed under warranty.
